Copies of birth certificate, and in case of name change, proof of change is required by law. If divorced, all of the above is required plus a certified copy of the divorce document. These are to be sent at least 2 weeks in advance. Arrangements for videography/photography can be made along with other arrangements such as wedding cakes, reservations for dinner, champagne, gift baskets, and floral arrangements. The complete wedding package based on 4 persons for celebration is US$450.00.
